For most of his life, Ed Sharp and his wife - neither of whom were enrolled members of the Eastern Band of Cherokees - ran one of the nicest craft shops in Cherokee, North Carolina. It was also the shop that sold the most books about the Cherokees. This pamphlet provides a nice overview of the subject.
