I can find only two copies of this title on the web and they are both priced in the $90s. It is a staple-bound 6" X 9" 46-page pamphlet with a beautiful map laid in at the back cover. It is a gem of an overview that starts with "Where Rivers Are Born" and "Home of the Cherokees" and ends with "Future Forest Development. In between are 7 more introductory chapters and then chapters on each of the National Forests in Appalachia. Profusely illustrated with photographs.
